Ottawa and Winnipeg pilgrims fly to Melbourne and bus to Sydney

Sydney, Australia - Ottawa and Winnipeg pilgrims slept at St. Thomas More parish in Auckland (NZ) last night and left the church at 3:45 a.m. to go to the airport. They had Mass at 5:30 a.m. at the airport, before leaving Auckland at 7:40 a.m.

They arrived in Melbourne (Australia) at 9:30 a.m. From the Melbourne airport, they took a bus to Sydney. The bus ride lasted 12 hours and they were all very tired by the time they arrived at their final destination.

They have spent much time praying for grace from God and trying to connect to Him through the Holy Spirit even though sometimes, they don't feel Him present. They count themselves lucky to have several clergy with them and are looking forward to WYD and the pope's arrival.
