Report: Aboriginal communities most affected by high imprisonment linked to poverty
EDMONTON – Poverty is a main cause of imprisonment and largely affects Canada’s Aboriginal community, according to a new research paper by the coordinator of pastoral care for the Archdiocese of Edmonton.
