{mosimage}TORONTO - The African Catholic community has re-located to Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Ten years ago a handful of families started to pray together privately and this eventually grew into a parish community that primarily serves people with ties to the continent of Africa. Until recently the congregation worshipped at Sacre Coeur Church in downtown Toronto under the leadership of Fr. Michel Meunier.

The community continues to celebrate Mass at 3:30 p.m. on Sundays at Our Lady of Lourdes with Fr. John Benedict.
