Letters to the Editor

No question

February 22, 2026

I find it disappointing that Prime Minister Carney is being questioned because of what so-called Catholics have decided he should be doing. He is in charge of a nation not a religion and should never be expected to compromise the requirements of the nation for a faith. Let this prime minister, who also happens to be the best this nation has ever had, do his job and govern the country without being criticized by a religion that ought to have recognized its place is not in politics.
