Cardinal O'Malley: There’s no excuse for not implementing sex abuse safeguards

ROME – There is absolutely no excuse for not implementing concrete measures to protect minors and vulnerable adults from sexual abuse, said Cardinal Sean P. O'Malley of Boston.
